Preparation has been minimal, due to other commitments, builders, weather etc. We are taking the view now that we will get fit on the trip, don't want to peak too early.

Preparation …..
We leave on Tuesday 10 to travel to Cumbria, then on to Newcastle for the ferry on Wednesday. Amsterdam on Thursday to get the night train to Basle Switzerland. Then we start Euro Velo 6, travelling west to the Loire, follow the river to St. Nazaire, turn right cycle, up to St. Malo for the ferry and train home.
